Course Overview

Measuring performance on projects is a core responsibility of the Project Manager. To do so requires the integration of the WBS with both the cost and schedule systems. By using Earned Value the Project Manager, Project Team and Stakeholders can accurately gauge the true status of the project. In addition to the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), project manager needs to set his expectation to his team in order to get best out of them. The Project manager has to design and implement his own performance management system suitable to the performing organization’s culture and circumstances.
